Super happy to see Salata here. We used to have to drive all the way to stone oak or the quarry to get our fix and now we only have to drive 5 minutes. Even during their grand opening, we were able to get our food pretty fast and it taste just as great as any other location.

I was not expecting this place to be so good. The food was refreshing, lite and yet filling at the same time. The staff were friendly and helpful! And the place had a simple elegance to it. My only complaint is that the price can quickly add up. A base salad has a fixed priced. However, as you add a protein and other premium ingredients they garner a separate charge. Even with it being a little pricey, I absolutely still recommend this place! Especially if you want a delicious healthy option!

The Cibolo location of this recent franchise in the San Antonio area, continues the chain's trend of fresh offerings with friendly service. The veg is crisp, the choices plenty, and the team is patient as you sort through the myriad of options. Try the herb marinated chicken... yummo... Cheers!

To the owner: We love Salata! It's our favorite place to get salads. I never thought I'd be so happy to have a delicious fast salad option in my neighborhood. Everyone on the line is helpful and kind. BUT the constant presence of high pressure "fundraisers" from third parties outside of your establishment has made us pause multiple times and reconsider if we want to deal with it or go somewhere else. I don't know if you have power to do anything about this, but you may be losing traffic when people see the booths set up right by the door.

I am so happy that we have a Salata in my area. First time visiting /eating here and IT WAS GREAT! Now This is what I call a salad !!! You have so many options and get quality ingredients so yes it’s a little more price wise than what you pay at most drive-thru’s but it’s so much healthier and filling:) highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

I’m so glad Salata opened in Cibolo! It’s great to have more healthy options available. We went on a Friday afternoon and it wasn’t crazy busy at all. There was plenty of wonderfully trained staff on hand. The majority of the employees appeared to be teenagers and young adults. They were amazing and not at all what I expected on first sight. As a fellow food service worker, I tend to look for certain sanitary practices when dining in “fast food” places. Let me tell y’all, Salata employees were correctly trained and didn’t take any short cuts. Checklist: cleaning as you go, changing gloves often, ensuring serving spoons don’t stay in the food containers, self-serve beverage area monitored and clean , floor spills cleaned immediately, etc. The employees were always a step ahead. WELL DONE! The portion sizes available were good. All the salad options, including bases, toppings and extras, were “fantastically overwhelming” and I’m so glad. We wouldn’t finish our regular sized salads so we took them home for later. Definitely planning on returning here soon.
